Privacy Policy for Room Rescue Sort

Krupa Sagar developed the mobile game Room Rescue Sort as a free game.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, retained, and protected when you use the App. The App does not currently require users to create an account or sign in.
1. Audience
The App is intended for a general audience, including adults and children under the age of 13. Where the App is made available to children, we apply age-appropriate safeguards and configure applicable third-party services and advertising practices to comply with relevant laws and Google Play Families requirements.
2. Information We Collect
a) Information you provide
The App does not currently provide user account creation or sign-in, and we do not ask you to provide a name, email address, password, or profile information to play the game. If you contact us directly, we may receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address and the contents of your request.
b) Information collected automatically
The App and third-party services integrated into the App may automatically collect certain device, usage, advertising, analytics, and diagnostic information. Depending on the service, device settings, age, region, and consent choices, this may include:
· Device type, operating system, app version, language, and similar technical information
· IP address or approximate network information
· Advertising or app/device identifiers where permitted
· Gameplay events, level progress, session information, interactions, and other usage data
· Advertising impressions, clicks, and related ad-performance information
· Crash, diagnostic, and performance information
The exact information collected by a third-party SDK depends on that provider’s configuration and policies. We seek to configure the App so that data collection is limited to what is necessary for the App, analytics, advertising, security, and performance.
c) Purchase information
If the App offers in-app purchases, transactions are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment-card or banking details. We may receive transaction-related information needed to confirm or manage purchases, such as product, purchase status, and transaction identifiers.
3. How We Use Information
Information may be used to:
· Operate and provide the App and its gameplay features
· Save or measure gameplay progress and understand how players use the App
· Improve game balance, content, stability, performance, and user experience
· Measure advertising campaigns and, where permitted, deliver and measure advertisements
· Process and validate in-app purchases
· Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security issues, and technical problems
· Respond to privacy requests, support enquiries, and legal obligations
4. Children’s Privacy
Because children under 13 may be part of the App’s target audience, we take additional precautions for child users and users of unknown age. We do not knowingly ask children to create an account or submit a name or email address in order to play. Where required, we limit collection and use of persistent identifiers, do not serve personalised advertising to children, and use age-appropriate configurations and eligible advertising services. If we learn that personal information from a child has been collected in a manner that requires deletion, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian may contact us using the details below regarding a child’s information.
5. Third-Party Services
The App may use the following third-party services. These providers may process information under their own privacy policies and according to the configuration used in the App:
· Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads - advertising and ad measurement
· Google Play - app distribution and, where applicable, in-app purchase processing
· GameAnalytics - gameplay analytics and performance measurement
· Meta (Facebook) SDK - marketing attribution and campaign measurement, if included in the released version of the App
Privacy information for these providers is available on their official websites. The services actually included in the production build should match the disclosures in this Privacy Policy and the App’s Google Play Data safety section.
6. Advertising
The App may display advertisements. Advertising partners may process device, advertising, usage, and ad-interaction information to provide, limit, measure, secure, and report advertising. For users identified as children, or where otherwise required by law or Google Play policy, we use non-personalised or otherwise age-appropriate advertising settings and applicable child-directed treatment.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help us operate the App, provide analytics, deliver and measure advertising, process purchases, provide security, or comply with legal obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the App, or others.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information handled through the App. Where personal or sensitive information is transmitted, we expect it to be handled using secure transport methods. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including operation of the App, analytics, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements. Third-party service providers may retain information according to their own retention policies. When information is no longer required, we will delete or anonymise it where reasonably possible and where we control that information.
Room Rescue Sort does not currently offer user accounts, so there is no app account to delete. Users may contact us to request deletion of personal information that we control. Some information held by third-party providers may be subject to those providers’ own deletion processes and legal retention requirements.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding personal information, which may include requesting access, correction, or deletion, or objecting to or restricting certain processing. You may also be able to reset or limit advertising identifiers and advertising personalisation through your device settings.
