Privacy Policy for Treasure Flip

Krupa Sagar developed the mobile game Treasure Flip as a free game.
This Privacy Policy explains what information the App and its third-party service providers may collect, how that information is used and shared, and the choices available to users.
1. Audience and Children’s Privacy
Treasure Flip is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed primarily at children under 13.. If children are included in the target audience, we apply age-appropriate safeguards and configure data collection and advertising in accordance with applicable law and Google Play requirements.
• We do not require users to create an account or provide a name or email address in order to play.
• Where required, a neutral age screen or equivalent age-treatment mechanism is used before enabling data practices that are permitted only for older users.
• For children and users of unknown age, advertising is non-personalised and data collection is restricted as required by applicable law and platform policy.
• Parents or guardians may contact us using the details in Section 12 regarding privacy questions or deletion requests.
2. Information We Collect
a) Information You Provide
Treasure Flip does not currently require user registration or sign-in. We therefore do not ask users to provide a name, email address, password, or profile information to play the App. If you contact us directly, we may receive the information you choose to include in your message.
b) Automatically Collected Information
Depending on device settings, age treatment, consent choices, and the services enabled in the App, the App or its service providers may automatically process:
• Device and app information, such as device type, operating system, app version, language, and technical identifiers permitted by applicable policy.
• Approximate network information, such as IP address, which may be processed by service providers for security, delivery, fraud prevention, or analytics purposes.
• Gameplay and usage information, such as sessions, progression, levels, runs, card flips, cash-outs, traps, upgrades, chest activity, and other in-game events.
• Diagnostics and performance information, such as crash reports, error information, and app performance data.
• Advertising-related information where permitted, which may include an advertising identifier for users known to be eligible for such processing. We do not intend to transmit the Android Advertising ID for children or users of unknown age where Google Play policy prohibits it.
c) Purchase Information
If in-app purchases are offered, transactions are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. We may receive transaction-related information needed to provide purchased items, verify transactions, prevent fraud, and maintain purchase records.
3. How We Use Information
We use or permit our service providers to use information for the following purposes:
• Operate and provide Treasure Flip and its gameplay, progression, economy, and purchase features.
• Save or measure gameplay progress and understand how players use the App.
• Measure engagement, retention, game balance, and performance.
• Detect crashes, troubleshoot errors, improve stability, and improve the App.
• Deliver and measure advertising where advertising is enabled and permitted.
• Process and validate in-app purchases.
• Protect the App against fraud, abuse, and security threats.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.
4. Advertising and Age-Appropriate Treatment
Treasure Flip may display advertisements. Advertising practices depend on the user’s age treatment, consent choices, region, and applicable law. Where the App is made available to children or users of unknown age, we take steps required by Google Play Families policies, including using eligible advertising technology, requesting child-appropriate treatment where required, and avoiding personalised or interest-based advertising for those users.
Advertising identifiers and personalised advertising are used only where permitted. Users may also be able to limit or reset advertising identifiers through their device settings.
5. Third-Party Services
Treasure Flip may use third-party services to provide analytics, diagnostics, advertising, attribution, remote configuration, and Google Play functionality. These providers may process information under their own privacy policies and according to the configuration used in the App.

The services actually enabled in a released version may change as the App is updated. We will update this Privacy Policy when our data practices materially change.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share or allow processing of limited information with service providers that support the App, including analytics, diagnostics, advertising, attribution, hosting/platform, and payment-processing providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer, subject to applicable law.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information handled in connection with the App. Third-party providers are responsible for the security of information they process under their services. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
8. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including operating and improving the App, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and enforcing agreements. Third-party service providers may apply their own retention periods. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it where reasonably possible and as required by applicable law.
9. Data Deletion and User Requests
Treasure Flip does not currently require or provide a user account. Users, and parents or guardians acting for a child, may contact us to request access to or deletion of personal information that we control. Because gameplay may be stored locally on the device and analytics may use pseudonymous identifiers rather than an account, we may need reasonable information to identify data associated with a request, and in some cases we may not be able to link particular analytics data to an identifiable individual.
You can also remove locally stored App data using Android device settings or by uninstalling the App. Data controlled by third-party providers is handled according to their applicable policies and legal obligations.
10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding personal information, such as rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to certain processing. You may also have choices relating to advertising and consent through the App, Google Play, or your device settings. To exercise a right relating to information we control, contact us using Section 12.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Treasure Flip, our service providers, legal requirements, or our data practices. We will post the updated policy and revise the “Last Updated” date above. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes.
